Refund policy

Return of quality goods is possible in accordance with the "Distance Contract Regulations" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia on May 20, 2014, with Order No. 255. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the buyer (money for the return delivery of goods is not refundable).

Conditions for returning quality goods:
The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The goods must be in their original, quality, intact, and undamaged packaging (this point does not apply to the return of damaged or low-quality goods).
The goods must not be damaged by the Buyer.
The goods must be unused, retaining their commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unopened protective films, packaging, etc.). This point does not apply to the return of damaged or low-quality goods.
The goods must be in the same configuration as they were received.
The goods must be placed in additional protective packaging suitable for transportation (box/protective padding).

Procedure for returning quality goods:
Fill out the return form. The form can be downloaded here: Form
Send an email to: info@natty.lv, attaching the completed return form.
Attach the completed and printed return form to the returned goods.

Methods of returning/returning quality goods:
Goods can be returned using a courier service of your choice.
The aforementioned form is filled out for the goods and sent via email.
The goods are sent to the address - Apuzes iela 34, Riga, LV-1046
The cost of returning quality goods is covered by the Buyer.
In cases of returning quality goods, the already paid delivery costs are not refunded.

Return of low-quality goods:

The return of low-quality goods is possible in accordance with the "Distance Contract Regulations" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia on May 20, 2014, with Order No. 255.

In cases where the Buyer has purchased a low-quality Product about which the deficiencies have not been previously informed to the Buyer, the Buyer has the right to request from MSM NATTY and MSM NATTY undertakes to:

  • Replace the low-quality product with a quality product;
  • Accordingly reduce the price of the product;
  • Refund the amount of money paid for the product.

Conditions for returning low-quality goods:

  1. Fill out the return form. The form can be downloaded here: Form
  2. Send an email to: info@natty.lv, attaching the completed return form.
  3. If for any reason it is not possible to fill out the return form, send an email indicating: the buyer's name, surname, address from which the low-quality goods can be received, date (business day) when the goods can be received, all possible contact information (phone number, mobile phone number, email), order number, purchase date and order receipt date, amount paid, product name, and a detailed description and/or pictures of the defects found.

If upon receiving the returned goods it is determined that the product is damaged due to the fault of the buyer, the product will be returned to the buyer only after payment of the return shipping and reshipping expenses.

The money will be credited to the buyer's account within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the product at the MSM NATTY warehouse. The money will be credited to the account specified in the return form.
